By opting in to receive SMS messages from Comfort Home Hearing Audiology (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

SMS Messaging Service

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Comfort Home Hearing Audiology for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about mobile hearing care/hearing aids. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive up to 2 messages every 3 months. Comfort Home Hearing Audiology reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Comfort Home Hearing Audiology and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.

Dr. Peter Gioia is extremely pleasant and very helpful. My hearing aids work very well and if I have an issue, Dr. Gioia is always available to assist me.

When I first wore my new hearing aids from Dr. Peter I was amazed by the sound. Conversation with my family is now a pleasure. They really appreciate not having to repeat every word. My previous 3 hearing aids did not provide this satisfaction.

I have had excellent service from Dr. Gioia and his wife. They always take care of anything I need. I recommend them to anyone who would like great service and great hearing aids.
