He is polite, attentive, and interested in all you have to say. As an Audiologist, there is no one finer nor better trained. He came to my home for the hearing evaluation, tested my hearing, prescribed the solution, and gave me options as to what to try. That was not the end. He followed up with personal phone calls to evaluate how I was doing with the new hearing aids. He adjusts them when necessary and makes himself available to answer all questions. I know there are many places I can go to get hearing aids, but I want the personal attention and expertise offered by Dr. Gioia. I will not go anywhere else and recommend him to my patients, friends, and family.
